BgInfo Has Finally Been Updated

An update to BgInfo was released on Windows Sysinternals in February 2017 and is now on v4.21, which correctly reports Windows 10.

For those unfamiliar with BgInfo, it automatically displays relevant information about a Windows computer on the desktop's background, such as the computer name, IP address, service pack version, and more. See: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bginfo.aspx
