The Microsoft Azure FREE website tier allows you to host up to 10 unique websites with a combined total of 1GB of disk space and a maximum daily bandwidth of 165MB a day. Supports a wide variety of content management systems including Apache, Drupal, HTML5, Joomla, Magento, Node JS, PHP / MySQL, Umbraco, Wordpress and many more.  Great for testing and learning.
