Microsoft is aware of a vulnerability affecting Microsoft Word and Outlook 2010, if a user opens or previews a specially crafted RTF (Rich Text Format) email or file. To stop this use Microsoft's Fix it solution to turn off Word's ability to open and view RTF content altogether at:
